- Built for commercial volume — a durable queue with a gated worker pool, retry with backoff, and a dead-letter queue; the pipeline is load-tested and instrumented with metrics.
- Understands real-world email — extracts shipment details from message bodies and attachments, and handles multi-shipment requests.
- Branded, clean replies — quote replies use polished, branded formatting, and a structural sanitizer keeps the agent’s internal reasoning out of customer-facing prose.
- Safe in the wild — bounce and auto-reply loop protection and thread-integrity safeguards keep automated conversations from spiraling.
